Seven Generations Energy's Code of Conduct, also known as the Level 1 Corporate Policy, articulates the company’s mandate for stakeholder service. It is the foundation upon which the company has been built, it is the root of our culture, and it serves to guide and inform all of the company’s activities.
We encourage our employees, consultants, service providers and other stakeholders to bring forward any concerns regarding suspected violations of the company’s Code of Conduct or any of its other policies or procedures, including those pertaining to Seven Generations’ accounting practices, audits, financial reporting or internal controls. Such concerns may be raised with a supervisor or a member of Seven Generations’ management team or you may convey them anonymously through our Whistleblower Hotline, which is available at the link that is provided above.
The Whistleblower Hotline is managed by EthicsPoint, an independent third-party service provider. Any information provided through the Hotline will be sent to Seven Generations’ Whistleblower Investigation Team, which includes the Chair of the Board's Audit and Finance Committee, our President and Chief Executive officer, and our General Counsel, as well as the Chair of the Boad, if circumstances permit. The Whistleblower Investigation Team will investigate any concerns or complaints that are filed through the Hotline, promptly and discreetly.
Seven Generations stakeholders will not be penalized, dismissed, demoted or suspended and no retaliatory action will be taken against any stakeholder for reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential violations of Seven Generations’ Code of Conduct or any other policies or procedures, or for seeking guidance regarding how to handle suspected violations.
The Board of Directors and Management team of Seven Generations appreciate your support and cooperation as we all do our part to conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards.
